1. Let Coach Zepeda, bzepeda@lbusd.org, or the Athletic Director, Dr. Sebie, dselbe@lbusd.org, know you want to join.

2. Make sure you are aware of the wrestling schedule when choosing your class schedule.

3. Complete the athletic clearance requirements: For help, see our Cheat Sheet or Step-by-Step Instructions.

   • DO THIS → Print and fill out an LBUSD Physical Examination form. Have your doctor sign and stamp it. 

   • THEN THIS → Log in (or create an account if new) on the clearance website, upload your physical examination form along with a copy of your family insurance card, and complete the online clearance form. Returning athletes simply upload your updated physical and insurance.

4. Confirm with Coach Zepeda that you’ve completed the clearance process. Once you're cleared for participation, you'll receive an email notification.
